Volunteers are the most important part of crisis mapping and disaster information crowdsourcing.

In QuinJunSAT project, we will have ground volunteers to validate the disaster situation using ICT tool, geoBingAn. We introduced geoBingAn in the training event of Girl Scouts of Taiwan for the later collaboration of QuinJunSAT drill in this coming September.
